In recent years,various emergencies and major natural catastrophes take place frequently.The existing electrical emergency communication has the defects like single communication network's low coverage,limitied transmission bandwidth,lacks of motility and flexibility and evident limitation of usage,resulting that it could not meet the demands of video conference and emergency command in the course of large-scale move with high frequency,could not satisfy the higher requirements of emergency processing and scene command at any time any place,and make the safety production of electric power industries be caught in paralysis,which cause huge economic losses and social impact.By studying heterogeneous network multilink parallel mobile communication transmission technologies,the paper establishes mobile communication network model of heterogeneous network multilink parallel,designs and sets up emergency communication system for heterogeneous network multilink parallel and its proto-machine.The performance of heterogeneous network access devices and terminal devices and the reliability and stability of proto-machine are tested under laboratory environment.Such system realize multilink parallel transmission strategies based on various heterogeneous network,and automatically choose the optimal network transmission data based on existing network conditions.Meanwhile,based on real-time bandwidth of various communication links and real-time data size,it could automatically allocate data for uplink and downlink,to promote the transmission efficiency,stability and data throughout of wireless data.The achievements of this research overcome the defects that design and application of related products in China are based on single operator's network environment and bandwidth availability ratio is low,and prepare necessary technologies for the popularization and application of heterogeneous network multilink parallel transmission technologies in electrical emergency communication.
