Education information has become the focus of education reform around the world, and the important elements of information technology is the construction of Digital Campus colleges. Digital Campus can be teaching, research, management of the vast majority of business into which the various work processes to achieve uniform, standardized management, the maximum to avoid a variety of human factors and work delays caused by the work of the errors, not only can improve daily work efficiency, reduce administrative costs, it can also be relatively indepentdent of the original in all sectors of business to establish closer linkages and collaboration,in order to realize service center management philosophy,truly realize to provide students with one-stop service management objectives.J2EE technology as a new standard of distributed object, with structure of specification, flexible, cross-language, cross-platform, object-oriented, and security's good characteristics, Using the J2EE core platform technology in campus network design can solve the shortcomings of the traditional implementation techniques. Using J2EE technology has many advantages:First, the system suits the component-based thinking. Software components make full ues of the existing code, it is suitable for dividing work,it can radically improve the efficiency and quality of software production, improve the success rate of developing the large software systems.Second, the traditional client/server architecture, the system uses the three-tier architecture, it can seperate the function of application services and data services,so it is convenient for system development and maintenance, and to make application service extension.Meanwhile, the system using Web as a publishing method, using a relational database to store updates data, ensuring the immediate release of information.On the basis of the campus network construction and application, based on advanced J2EE tecenology, B/S mode, integrated use design of object-oriented,component technology, database, Struts framework and other related knowledge, made the campus network core platform design program, better meet the campus network system reliability, scalability, reusability. Implementation of the scheme,it will be able to build a unified centralized data management, and maintenance of data sharing and interaction platform, a unified user security information management and information rights management authentication and authorization platform, a high reliability, management information portal platform. It wiill be build a new system which is in the central of teaching and service, teaching management application system and public service system.
