In mobile payment business field, the quality and security of service become more and more important because of customer's requirements. It causes the circumstances such as frequent changes in requirement, difficulties of maintaining and operating service. On the other hand, unfavorable situation that the inefficiency development of service and low reuse rate of service component are due to the high complexity of mobile payment business and high coupling of service development model.To address the above problems, to providing a framework for developer which service configuration is flexible to concentrate on service design and development, and to improve the project components reusing rate and efficiency of project development, this paper focuses on component-based framework of mobile payment business development.In this paper, the author summarizes the experience of software development and existing method of software framework analysis and development. With the experience of mobile payment business development, the author then summarizes its characteristic. And analyses the requirement of flexibly configuration framework based on components. Then an overall design of component-based and flexibly configured framework and brief introduction is introduced. After that the idea of support functionality design and the components of framework will be deduced, and also a further detailed description of how to achieve the function of this framework. And then a verification of the basic function of the framework and flexible operational characteristics from the requirement, design, and achievement of functions will be stated, combining with the project of a practical mobile payment business service.
