The automatic degree of fireworks mechincery is low in our country,which affects the production of fireworks,percent of pass and processing safety.In order to meet the market demand,the36-molded firework is selected as the object of study.Learning the manufacturing process,the 36-molded firework automatic production line is designed in combination with mechanical principle,mechanical design,pneumatic transmission and conrol theory etc to achieve the three processes of disc fuel,dispensing and inserting inner cartridge automatic production improving the productivity,eligibility and production safety.It has a certain reference value for the development of the fireworks machine as well as a bright future of market applying.The paper is gradually illustration according to the sequence from putting forword a plan to implement it.First of all,the three-dimension model of all mechanical structure is created by SolidWorks.Accoriding to the different procedures,an analysis of specific completion procedure on each part is carried out to determine the feasibility of the scheme.Secondly,this paper puts emphasis on the design of the hardware and software of control system based on peripheral electrical aspects that mainly consists of four parts including the system power design,parameter calculation,selection and circuit design for driving element,the design of pneumatic system and detection unit.Based on the number and output signal type of external components devices,the number of I/O points is calculated,which determine the model of the PLC and the quality of its extension module.According to the I/O address assignment of each control element,the control system program design is also given by ladder diagram program through the STEP7-Micro/WIN software.It is devided into corresponding subroutline according the different functions of the control system.Focus on the key and difficult point in programme,the paper especially analysis programming ideas of automatic production line of 36-molded firework in automatic mode,which consists of three parts including disc fuse,dispensing and inserting inner cartridge.Finally the saved compilation program is downloaded to the PLC and conducted on-site commissioning.The important part of the control system is optimized to insure program accuracy and reliability.In order to improve the system automation,intelligence as well as security,WEINVIEW HMI is selected to achieve human-computer interaction with the actual needs.As the different working mode and the function of the automatic line,three kinds of interfaces are created by the EB8000 software including the main interface,manual test interface and system alarm interface.Of those,the main interface includes window of automatic mode.It can fastly switch the correspond interface through clicking on the different function button on the bottom of the main interface.Manual test interface can finish the fixed-point operation of each actuator structure.Alarm interface can show the specific components of the fault.It is intuitionist and convenient to operation.
