The gradual improvement of living conditions and the advancement of technologies in communication,sensor,control,display and other fields provide a better technical support for the development of intelligent kitchen appliances.This thesis describes the design and implementation of a control platform for intelligent kitchen appliances and its corresponding iOS-APP.The platform provides remote control and query of home electrical equipment.The main contributions of this thesis are given as follows:1.Studied the development of intelligent kitchen appliances in China and abroad as well as various technologies involved in this system,including the framework of the iOS platform and the MVC and MVVM design modes of the iOS as well as the Epoll multiplexed I/O model and the Redis cache database.2.Analyzed and studied the requirements of the intelligent kitchen appliances system from the perspectives of performance and functionality.Designed a system based on the requirements.The system adopted a C/S architecture with two parts: the cloud end and the App end.The cloud end was developed based on a three-layer framework and used a mixed data storage mode using both MySQL and Redis to improve system performance.Software at the App end used the MVC and MVVM design modes to guarantee the flexibility and scalability of the system.3.Implemented and tested four functional modules which were the User Management,Device Control,Store,and Personal Center,and analyzed the testing results.Various tests and evaluation suggest that the system satisfies the basic demands of an intelligent cooking system.
