The system is based on the development needs of the main source of private independent colleges and universities academic management,the system will realize the scientific work of the University of science integrated information management.The purpose of developing the system is the work of the college educational administration department will relieve pressure,reduce the human input,accelerate the speed of query,convenient management,and follow up the pace for national educational administration management work of informatization construction,makes the work of standardization,systematic and comprehensive management.This system combines the actual need of an independent college in Guangdong,to explore the internal relations between different roles,function demand analysis of different roles in the system,system administrators,educational management workers and students' function to sort out and analyze the scientific and rational design of the modules and functions of the system by UML.This system establishes the system the intended purpose of the overall completion of the system,and improves the work efficiency and scientific management level of academic work.Firstly,the system compares the current situation of information system construction at home and abroad,introduces the system development using C#,Webservice and Oracle technology,analysis of the teaching management system requirements,the detailed functional requirements of different roles.Secondly,the system design,database design and detailed design,again using the C# programming language to realize the system,finally has carried on the comprehensive testing system,the overall implementation of the system design goals,achieve the educational management of Independent Colleges of the mind,has the characteristics of high cost,simple operation,strong maintainability.
