Based On ASP.NET Township Financial Regulatory System Design And Implementation

Township financial fund supervision and management is one of the important functions of county and township finance for the implementation of the ministry of finance on strengthen the guidance of township financial fund supervision and related policy requirements,increases the township financial capital security,prevent the false data,from embezzling,diddle show the fiscal funds,such as behavior,to ensure implementation of benefit farming policy,specially designed for the financial subsidy funds supervision system.This system mainly includes basic information management,information query,data query,abnormal data query,publicity,sampling inspections such as function modules,can be used in the villages and towns government entities at all levels arrangements and distribution of the whole process of regulation of financial capital,to run the setup of the optics,provides the safe operation of the financial capital operation and monitoring system,effectively realized each function fund regulation,to play to the regulatory functions of county and township finance has played a vital role.In the development system,considering the villages and towns in different at various levels and agricultural subsidies category is different,this article mainly discusses from the following several aspects.First,by the financial regulatory capital research background,research purpose and significance of this paper,combine the domestic and foreign research present situation analysis,financial capital regulation in this paper,the research content and organizational structure.Second,the development system architecture of B/S and C/S and J2 EE and Microsoft.NET compares and analyses the two mainstream technologies and determine the development of this system application of B/S architecture and.NET technology.Also introduced related to the system load balance technology,ASP.NET and SQL server2008 database management platform.The third,the system demand analysis,mainly from the system overview,system overall analysis,system analysis,elaborates the regulation of business analysis and involved departments;In addition,the system nonfunctional aspects of performance,safety and stability requirements analysis.The fourth,on the basis of system requirement analysis to system design,mainlyfrom the system design principle,system architecture design,main function design,database design narrative;Main functions include basic information management,information query,summary data query,abnormal data query,publicity,random inspections and other function module design,database design mainly from two aspects of database entities and data table design is discussed.In the end,is the realization of the system and testing,through the system main function display interface,system function test,if there is a error function and fault tolerance test system.Through the above narrative,this system is a relatively comprehensive township agricultural funds supervision system,for township and village two levels of grass-roots farmers money provides a platform data sharing.
