HiFi Audio Design Based On Class AB Power Amplifier

With the development of semiconductors and the improvement of human living standards,high-fidelity audio has gotten more and more attention.Although China's consumer electronics started late,but developed rapidly,especially in the household electrical appliance products,the market demand is increasing.This design according to the current market demand to design a low distortion,high quality Hi-Fi speaker based on AB audio power amplifier.This deign first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various types of audio amplifier.According to the design requirements,analyzes the working principle of each circuit from basic principle of the AB audio power amplifier,Calculate theoretical value,inspect components specification,and choose the best components.Then simulate by the simulation software.According to the years of design experience to design the PCB board,complete the design of the product.In the final test,the maximum output power is 80 W,total harmonic distortion(THD)is under 0.01%,Signal-to-Noise(S/N)is 103 dB,residual noise is under 150 uV.After the audition,restore the true sound,and the sound is beautiful.This design not only achieves the design requirements for the performance index,but also add the over current protection,low power consumption standby circuit.In normal use,not only to ensure the safety of the product,but also reduces the standby power consumption for environmental protection.
