With the rapid development of our national economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved,and the pursuit of a better life is becoming a reality.More and more home theaters have entered the homes of ordinary people.At the same time,with the improvement of the appreciation level of people's music and art,the overall performance of audio power equipment has also been new.Therefore,it is urgent to excavate and develop new audio electronic devices.In this paper,a high-efficiency audio power amplifier suitable for home theater locations is taken as the design goal,combined with the requirements of related projects and design specifications and other requirements,an audio power amplifier with a two-stage cascade structure model is designed.Firstly,the structure and basic working principle of various audio power amplifiers are analyzed.The NE5532 chip is selected as the main device of the preamplifier circuit in the final scheme.It not only achieves the acquisition and amplification of small audio signals,but also detects the sound signals.The timbre,pitch,and intensity of the sound can also be processed and modified for some sound signals.The use of integrated circuit TDA2030 and external components to form the OCL audio power amplifier circuit,better increase the rate of rise,can reduce distortion at the output,output high-quality audio signals,but also has high gain,high conversion speed,wide bandwidth,output Features such as relatively large voltage and wide power supply range.The audio power amplifier is improved and optimized on the basis of the classic utility circuit.The op amp module consisting of the TL084 replaces an inverting DC coupling capacitor of 220?F,so as not to change the other performance of the original circuit.The output offset voltage is reduced,and the circuit's slew rate and low-frequency response range are improved;Protues8.0 software was used to simulate the preamplifier circuit,tone control circuit and power amplifier circuit.The oscilloscope was used to measure the actual object.The simulation and test results showed that the designed audio power amplifier can work normally and its output power is 24 W,the distortion is less than 1%,the bass and attenuation range is plus or minus 11 dB,which meets the requirements of audio power amplifiers.
