Design And Implementation Of Research On Fixed Assets Management System Of Dali Prefecture Local Tax Bureau Based On SSH

The practice of Scientific Outlook on Development to promote the construction of a conservation minded society at present, the management of fixed assets of government agencies is going into people's vision.The management of fixed assets has always been a weak link of management, and it is imminent to strengthen the management of fixed assets of government agencies.The degree of attention to the management of fixed assets of many government agencies also rose to the height of hitherto unknown. The traditional management mode of fixed asset is the manual management, this model obviously cannot meet the informatization requirements of asset management, also can not meet the assessmen requirements of the higher authorities. The fixed asset management of institutions has become the hotspot, fixed assets management informatization system is a topic in line with the current trend.The management business of Dali Local Taxation Bureau is complex,when facing the inspection of the higher authorities, the staff is often difficult to give a specific number about the type and quantity of assets information such as fixed asset information. At the same time, when Dali Local Taxation Bureau is auditing subordinate departments, the inspection of fixed assets is also very inconvenient and a comprehensive audit is hard to achieve. In addition, the internal local tax system also lacks effective management mechanism of assets management, resulting in the absence of asset management of Dali Local Taxation Bureau, so as resulting in economic losses. The main work of this paper is : based on the analysis on existing fixed assets management system of Dali Local Taxation Bureau, researches into the leadership and management of fixed assets, concludes the existing problems in the fixed assets management work and the functions which need further expansion,analyzes the function demand of the system, combined with the development of modern information technology, designs fixed assets management information system of Dali Local Taxation Bureau based on SSH structure. The main work of this research is divided into three parts: the analysis on fixed asset management system requirements, system function design and system function realization. Adopting Java language realizes the fixed assets management, business report management and system setting management and other function modules, and conducts systematically testing, the test results show that the system has good performance and can meet the needs of the unit.
