And the system will finally satisfy the enterprise work network, the automatedmanagement demand, which can raise the enterprise internal management level of theimmigration office. The main work of the thesis consists of the following parts:(1) The thesis introduces the application and research situation of the officeautomation system, also analyses the practical significance of the creation of officeautomation system.(2) The thesis adopts the B/S architecture, we choose the technology which basedon the PHP language and MySQL database to develop this system, the workflow andsecurity technology are analyzed at the same time.(3) In the summary of the system design section details the development of thesystem analysis needs, feasibility study, system function and database design. And weanalyse system structure, module and module flow chart by way of chart.(4) In the system implementation part, we first select the B/S mode to realize thesystem. Then choose PHP as a development tool, use the presentation layer, thefunctional layer, the data layer as the three layer mechanism. The presentation layer isplaced on the PHP webpage; the functional layer is composed of expanded applicationof the WEB server; the data layer is achieved at the database server MySQL. Using thedatabase level and system level double user authority to ensure the safety of the system.(5) The system has been tested and given the specific test procedures and theresults of operation. On the user interface, interface of server, browser compatibility,system safety and fault tolerance test. The system runs well.
