In recent years, the rapid development of smart terminals, particularly those smart phone or terminal base on Android platform, accounted for the largest market share, and the number of users is still growing year by year. According to relative statistics, in 2014, the shipments of smart phones with Android and iOS operating systems have occupied 96.3% of all the intelligent machine shipments, in which shipments number of Android is 1.059 billion, an increase of 32% than the last year, the market share is about 81.5%. Intelligent terminal has been developed to be able to replace the PC, which achieve most of PC's functions. Addition to the openness of the Android platform, the design and development of Android-based APPs are developing rapidly, a variety of APPs were designed to help people' lives and works to be more convenient, which could solve a lot of problems.Mobile intelligent medical applications are some implementations ofsmart APP in the medical field.Since the idea was proposed in the 2011 Mobile World Congress, it has attracted more and more attentions, and it is attracting many entrepreneurs and investors to try it. Chunyu doctor, beans doctor and some other companies has obtained financing advanced, and released their healthcare APPsuccessfully. With the mobile health related technologies, medical information can be interconnected, so that patients do not need to go to the hospital and queue, and could easily achieve searching hospitals, doctors, registrations, administrations and some other related functions just online, so as to help solve our country's "expensive "," difficult "," chaotic drug use "and other issues about medical treatment Since 2015,'Internet+" hot air strikes, with the help of the Internet's technical features, mobile medical software is also emerging, and because of its convenience and comprehensive function, it is getting more and more people's welcome. There are a variety of mobile medical software, in which the specific and precise software is lack We still need a mobile medical platform which could be more concentrated in a specific area of the disease to be more accurate diagnosis and treatmentIn this paper, we design and realize a cloud platform of diagnosis and treatment for the ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is not the highest one in female malignant tumors's incidence, but it is the highest one in the rate of mortality. Of which a large part of the reason is that its cause is unknown, occult strong, leading to difficulty in its early discovery. In the cloud platform of diagnosis and treatment for the ovarian cancer we designed and realized in this paper, According to the existing data on ovarian tumors what we can got, we realized early ovarian cancer risk assessment, and finish the job of inquiry communication platform between patients and doctors, including the teletext counseling, telephone counseling, case counseling from patients to doctors, rehabilitation guidance request and the follow-up guidance requests, etc. All of the above can work in this platform.This platform consists of a server subsystem and two client subsystems. Server-side store and manage large data which transferred from every client, and opened several ports which clients can be accessed to and tell the necessary information which it can communicate to another client The server stores the data on a large ovarian tumor, including the clinical data which ovarian cancer patients transferred to the server, as well as basic information and treatment materials on ovarian cancer, all the data stored in the server lead to the convenient for basic counseling and diagnostic which asked by patients. The two clients are patients'subsystem and healthcare subsystem. Users can download different clients according to their different identity, and then registered. User who use patients subsystem can consultation and exchange with users who use the healthcare subsystem Users who use healthcare subsystem can also exchange and do a consultation with each other. In this way, on one hand it's easy to find ovarian cancer earlier and do a treatment earlier.On the other hand it can also reduce the waste of resources in hospitals and doctors greatly, and provide a large convenience to patients and doctors.
