Objective:In order to study effects of the treatment of initial standardization influence on the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Standardized treatment group and the Don’t standardization of the treatment group epithelial ovarian cancer patients, the median PFS respectively for38months and18months, the difference has statistical significance (P=0.023). Methods:in Java Web framework to establish a computer model that based on Struts、Spring、Hibernate architecture technique, used to regulate the epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment of primary treatmente. Use Struts architecture as the presentation layer, Spring architecture as the business framework layer, Hibernate architecture as the lasting layer, establish a unified framework for Web development. We use Eclipse3.5for system development environment, Mysq15.5for the backend database for the Web application server, Tomcat6.0, such as IE and Firefox browser as operation environment. Results:After Struts,Spring,Hibernate integrate perfectly form an unified framework for Web development.in Java Web framework,our establish a diagnosis and treatment of computer models that based on Struts,Spring,Hibernate technology to standard epithelial ovarian cancer primary treatment. This system has the personal information of patients, the search queries, the article entry, calculator, the diagnosis and treatment process of epithelial ovarian cancer initial treatment, chemotherapy treatment process of postoperative, follow-up monitoring, background management functions and so on. Conclusion:To standard epithelial ovarian cancer of the initial treatment in improve patients with quality of life and survival time have very important function, we establish a computer intelligence system that based on Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework integration,by this system can standard epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment of primary treatment.Realized through the computer network technology to standard of the epithelial ovarian cancer treatment。Through guide basic-level hospital’s gynecologist doctor in-depth and more easy to understand the diagnosis and treatment of the epithelial ovarian cancer at home and abroad, guide the basic-level hospital’s gynecologist doctor how to establish a humanized, standard and scientific system of the epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment.
