The Design And Implementation Of The Legal Case Management System Of Shenyang Ping An Insurance Company

With the progress of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, now, more and more people start to buy insurance, to provide protection for their own risk. In recent years, China has promulgated a series of laws and regulations, the legal awareness of citizens is constantly enhanced, the insurance company in dealing with the relevant business, will continue to be involved in a variety of legal cases and legal disputes.The insurance company's business continued to expand, encountered legal cases and expand,traditionally, relying on business personnel and the insurance company legal staff to handle these cases. It has not been able to meet the requirements of the insurance company. Insurance companies introduce legal case management system to the case of summary, statistics and query, let the insurance company to deal with the more need wisdom to deal with things,rather than to process the record and finishing things.In this paper, we use the ASP. Net technology of legal case management design and implementation, using the database of SQL Sever 2000, function of the realization of the cavities include case management function, basic information management functions, system management function and statistical inquiry function. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) first analysis of insurance industry company legal case management system of the topic research background and the research status at home and abroad, determine legal case management system to improve the insurance company of the legal case management level,improve the work efficiency of the insurance company staff.(2) the legal case management system needs analysis, mainly including legal case management system functional requirements and non functional requirements, then the credibility of legal case management system make analysis, finally the development environment of the management system of the legal case and server deployment environment are introduced.(3) presents legal case management system design method, design principle, the system network architecture and system architecture are introduced, of the legal case of four major functional modules design are introduced in this paper. Finally, legal case management system database design.(4) the realization of the four function modules of the legal case management system is introduced, and the realization flow chart of the key modules and the realization of the interface screenshots are given.(5) to test the realization of the system function, through testing, it can be known that the system can meet the needs of the safe bank to deal with the legal case.After the system is realized, it can improve the efficiency of the legal cases of Ping An insurance company, and save a large part of human resources, and improve the management level of insurance companies for legal cases.
