With the constant improvement of the company to product quality requirements, manual plasma cutting has already can not meet the requirement of the cutting precision parts, so the company in the process of sheet metal blanking introduced to replace the manual plasma cutting, CNC plasma cutting machine adopts high precision automatic cutting equipment as much as possible to meet the production requirements. CNC plasma cutting gun and artifacts in the process of plasma cutting height affect the life of the use of technological equipment, the cutting parts of the change of the cutting quality and cutting power supply current, voltage, etc., so the height control of the CNC plasma cutting gun is equipment parameters are an important factor. At present, a lot of equipment to use higher controller for analog control, PWM control motor is adopted to improve the height control, analog controller adopts analog circuits of signal acquisition and processing, can use simple control circuit to realize the basic control function, so the manufacturing cost is lower than digital signal control system, but its signal processing speed slower prone to hysteresis control output, to control the actual output lags behind the expected, to avoid appear larger fluctuation, operators need to be adjusted frequently, increasing the operation staff labor. To improve the high adjustment accuracy and response speed of the controller, this topic to use single chip microcomputer by incremental PID control method combined with the servo control system on the study of the controller.The study is given priority to with the simulation experiments, so according to the program and the actual situation to set up the hardware circuit, according to the experiment and simulation program. To simulate the arc voltage feedback, use the slide rheostat to control the input voltage, voltage control range of 0 ~ 5 v, not using servo control simulation system simulation, but controlled by the output voltage of 0 ~ 10 v to control the speed servo system.Company of the actual use of arc pressure raise system to simulate the high control system, and this paper prepared to implement system of arc pressure is composed of hardware and software, at the same time, the parameter of servo drive system is very important. The hardware part mainly consists of MCU power supply and control and servo motor movement. Hardware circuit is mainly responsible for performing the content, but the core content of control section to control the process and parameters of design and optimization, so to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the whole control system, the need to design and optimize the control program. To reduce the design input, speed up the design of the study, by means of simulation experiment as the main research main purpose is to seek the best parameter design of P, I, D.This article through to the company using CNC plasma research and analyze the problems existing in the system of higher, and according to the actual usage with MATLAB, and PROTEUS KEIL for basic research tools for companies to use CNC plasma by high control system principle analysis, so as to establish the control model and simulation and control procedures, write the final simulation experiment, and establish the optimal control of PID parameters.
