This article embarked from the publishing culture in the current era manifests the importance extending to the publishing of cultural heritage's protection and inheritance has the profound significance, take the Commercial Press as the object of study, combed and reviewed its publishing cultural heritage with outstanding representation and significance of the times, and on this basis, fusing the development features of the new era and the development trend of publishing industry to explore the efficient path of the on the protection and inheritance strategies of the publishing cultural heritage.First of all, pointing at publishing culture and publishing cultural heritage successively with a basic overview, especially on the level of value impact. By means of discussing the birth of internal and external environment of the Commercial Press and the influence on the shape of its own historical value through leading and pushing politics, culture and education in modern China by publishing activities, summed up the dominant position of the Commercial Press in the field of publishing cultural heritage protection and inheritance. And then, according to the standard of classification and value evaluation on the publishing cultural heritage, from these three aspects including publication character from several representative figures of it, cast the brand of typical publishing cultural products and the concept of it in the management of it to analyze the publishing cultural heritage of the Commercial Press. Finally,under the background of the challenges and opportunities brought by the new media era, induced concrete measures of enterprise development strategy on the protection and inheritance consciously in the new period by the Commercial Press. On this basis, exploring thebrand positioning and publishing management idea conforms to it as well as contribute to forge the development strategy of the spiritual products reflecting the needs of development of the times, exciting tide sequentially.
