With the continuous popularization and application of the Internet of things,big data and other technologies,the distinction,classification,collection and recording of metal items become an indispensable part of the application of information in the field of metal objects.At present,The main link in the direction of metal objects information is the information recording and recognition of metal object properties,and the current recording is mainly engraved on the surface of the metal.The current identification technology can not be automatic recognition in the direction of the metal information recognition object,and also has other limitations.Therefore,in order to better deal with the information of metal items,it is the new technology development focus in the identification of goods.This topic is mainly aimed at researching automatic recognition electronic tag on the surface of metal technology.Through the use of more mature eddy current testing technology,we designed recognition system for the electronic label on the surface of the metal detection,and it is able to detect and recognize the metal symbol on the metal surface,the system has low bit error rate,low cost,good effect,etc.This paper describes the basic principles,analytical models and influencing factors for the detection of electronic tags on metal surfaces.The design of electronic label system for metal surface is realized.Combined with the current embedded technology,the defects in existing metal engraved on the surface of the label information cannot be automated recognition,using eddy current testing theory and design to STM32 as the data processing center system,the metal surface of the electronic label automatic identification system platform is built,through a large number of experimental data to verify the reliability of the automatic recognition of electronic label on the metal surface.The use of metal coil excitation and sensor detection system is composed,with embedded system as a whole data processing as the control center of the system,the design for metal surface of the electronic label system data acquisition platform and recognition algorithms,the mature algorithm program is compiled,verified the performance of the system.According to the metal coil arrangement structure different,design a suitable metal coil sensor system to detect the signal and signal processing,the reaction on the surface of a metal tag changes into DC voltage changes,voltage variation using master STM32 operation treatment,root according to the metal surface of the electronic tag encoding and decoding rules,rational design of encoding and decoding algorithm and effectively extract the metal identification symbols,by the master will identify label symbol information with Bluetooth spread to the mobile phone terminal and displayed in the terminal,the final completion of the detection and identification of the electronic label on the surface of the metal.
