Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communication technology.In 1998,Bluetooth Special Interest Group(SIG)was established by five companies including Ericsson,Nokia,Toshiba,IBM and Intel,and was responsible for compiling Bluetooth specifications.After a period of development,Bluetooth communication system has become a very important part of wireless communication industry.Bluetooth terminal RF test provides a verification and measurement solutions for Bluetooth terminal design and production process,and is very important for equipment manufacturer.Therefore,the research on terminal RF test of Bluetooth signal is very necessary.Through the study of Bluetooth physical layer protocols and related measurement protocols,this paper designs and implements the generation of downlink Bluetooth signals and the measurement algorithm of uplink signal quality,and verifies the correctness of the results by comparing with the results of authoritative meters to meet the engineering requirements.First,this paper outlines the background of the thesis and the practical significance of the design of the Bluetooth terminal test algorithm,and introduces the related concepts of the terminal measurement instrumentation platform and the way of generating the Bluetooth frame signal stipulated in the Bluetooth protocol.The second one is to design and implement the generation of Bluetooth downlink waveforms,and the specific generation process of Bluetooth frame signals for different types,and verify the correctness of downlink waveforms.The third one is to design and realize the overall realization of the Bluetooth uplink measurement items.Under the background of the above measuring instrument platform,the measurement algorithm and measurement flow of the signal modulation class and the spectrum class are realized.The statistical time statistics and measurement flow analysis,On this basis,optimize the relatively time-consuming part of the higher.Finally,the paper compares the results of the upstream measurement algorithm with that of some authoritative measuring instruments,summarizes the work according to the comparison results,and points out the research direction in the next step.
