With the development of science and technology, U disk (flash disk USB) as a large capacity storage devices, has become the first choice of mobile storage devices. While it is playing a more and more important role at the same time, the impact of its data security issues are also increasing. In order to improve the safety of the use of U disk, the current market has introduced a lot of product programs, but most of these programs are based on password authentication methods. This way requires the user to manually enter the password, once the password is stolen, the user's legal status will be fake. Therefore, it is very important to find a more secure authentication method.In recent years, with the rapid development of biotechnology, people began to seek a way to identify people directly and not to recognize objects. Based on the security of fingerprint identification U disk is the preferred solution to solve this problem. The combination of fingerprint identification technology and U disk, not only to meet the requirements of mobile intelligent devices for higher security, but also to meet the needs of users with convenient. In this paper, the design of the security encryption fingerprint U disk, the use of fingerprint recognition technology not only to achieve the privacy of the data management, but also to achieve a convenient password management. The main performance is as follows.1) the fingerprint and the access rights of the encryption area to bind, the user can only access the encrypted area by fingerprint verification, fingerprint encryption U disk function;2) the use of fingerprint to replace the password feature, the website and other platforms login password and fingerprint, users only need to slide the registration of the fingerprint can be completed, to achieve the fingerprint password function.In this paper, the design of the security encryption fingerprint U disk using Shandong Hua core semiconductor Co., Ltd. self-developed security encryption chip HX6802 as the main control chip. The chip supports USB3.0 high speed interface, which contains SM1, SM4, RSA in dense, SSF33, AES encryption algorithm module, and has passed the state business secret detection, data by SM4 hardware encrypted and stored in the U disk, the data can be safely stored. Secondly, it also uses NANDFLASH as a storage medium, the capacity can be supported by 8/16/32/64GB, etc., to achieve a large capacity data storage. In addition, the fingerprint module U disk adopts the Chengdu formula FSC1001B sliding type fingerprint module, it has a surface and small volume, low power consumption, image processing and verification of short time, high success rate, antistatic ability.This paper focuses on the design of fingerprint U disk encryption and implementation and start, first introduced the status of security encryption fingerprint U disk system development background and research, put forward the goal of the system and solve the problem; and then makes a detailed analysis from the two aspects of the firmware system and the computer system on the system requirements; then based on this technical scheme and implementation principle of the system, focusing on the USB firmware system and host security communication mechanism, machine management system module is designed and realized; finally has carried on the system function and performance testing. Test results show that the system can not only achieve the fingerprint to replace the password, fingerprint open encryption area and other functions, and user operation is convenient, stable performance, to achieve the desired design goals.
