Accurate, efficient and automatically identify the identity of the need to study the field of information security is an important issue, how accurate identification of the fingerprint information and fingerprint information using in data encryption. This paper select extraction of singular points in fingerprint recognition algorithm and the use of fingerprints as an encrypted file of key information. Established a fingerprint-based encryption system fingerprint information. The main conclusions are as follows:1. In this paper, the edge of the fingerprint image region due to the lack of informa-tion which led to the singularity problem of missed and false detection, Fingerprint image is proposed based on the edge of the singular points detection fix. New Algorithm Combination of Gaussian-Hermite moment method and the method for calculating the benefits Poincare index.2. In the new algorithm based on the fingerprint recognition subsystem, subsystems and integrated presentation platform. Through a large number of experimental data show that the new algorithm reduces the fingerprint image edge detection of singular points missed the regional rate and the false positive rate, to achieve better test results, expected to promote the use of multi-real work.3. Data encryption for the use of a true random number generator random sequence generator there is slow, inefficient, taking up a lot of storage space and other issues; if cyclical pseudo-random sequence, easily predicted, seeds and other issues break easily brute-force Defects. Fingerprint information is proposed based on random key generation method, a random number generator system and the fingerprint encryption system. Fingerprint-based random number generator has the speed, efficiency, and so can't easily be predicted.
