Design And Implementation Of The Document Collaborative Editing Platform Oriented To Scientific Research Collaborations

Document collaborative editing,whose final purpose is to complete documents in collaboration,is one of the research directions of Computer Supporting Collaborative Work theory.But now some practical document editors don't really meet the needs of users' to coordinate real-time text editing.They just help users complete the editing work by using the asynchronous merging method.The strategy of the synchronous collaborative document editing is suggested in this paper,aiming at editing at the same time for multi-user,and then a collaborative editing platform is designed and implemented.The paper mainly contains the following parts.Firstly,based on the consistency of the document colligative editing,the author discusses three traditional collaborative editing techniques,and then summarizes their own features and deficiencies respectively.After that,the author introduces and elaborates the strategy of the document synchronous collaborative editing,and presents the technical schemes it adopts.Secondly,the author analyses the platform of the collaborative editing under the environment of scientific studies,including cooperative modes,users' roles and the analysis of needs,and then designs its overall framework,including the system structure of the platform,the database and the functional modules.To guarantee the security of the platform under the environment of the network,the author designs it from two aspects:the common means of attacks and defenses,and the safety of users and the system.Finally,design the platform of the document collaborative editing in detail.In this part,the key is to design and implement the collaborative editing text strategy.Then the author tests the core module documentary cooperation zone of the platform elaborately,and gives the concrete test results.Next,we test the performance of the platform according to the multi-user collaboration features.To ensure that the platform can operate reliably,the number of concurrent users should be controlled within 5000.The establishment of the document collaborative editing platform oriented to scientific research collaborations realizes the sharing of the internal information of the research team,the collaborative editing and comments of documents in the cooperation zone,provides a solution for large paper commentary and books compilations together,online programming collaboration,enhances the interdisciplinary communication and cooperation interdisciplinary research organizations,which greatly improves the efficiency of scientific research.
