Intelligent robot industry is an emerging industrial technology with rapid development in recent years.With the scale and intelligence of manufacturing industry,the share of intelligent robot industry in the domestic market is gradually increasing.After decades of development,intelligent spraying robot plays an important role in the coating industry.However,intelligent spraying robot can not adapt to the production environment of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises because of its high development cost and high technical requirements,so it is difficult to be accepted.This paper studies and designs an intelligent painting system based on 6-DOF spraying robot,including the investigation and analysis of enterprise demand and production process,production line design,equipment selection,data transmission and processing,control program development,etc.First of all,search the relevant literature,master the current situation and development trend of the coating industry,through the summary and comparison of the research results of the existing intelligent coating production line,understand the advantages and improvements of various schemes.The production environment and production process of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises are investigated,the user needs are analyzed,the research direction of this paper is clear,a reasonable intelligent spraying production line scheme is formulated,and the module design of the production line is carried out according to the actual needs.Secondly,through the investigation to determine the appropriate visual data acquisition scheme,the visual acquisition module equipment selection.According to the characteristics of the selected equipment and the workpiece to be sprayed,the recognition and positioning algorithm is determined to ensure the accurate measurement of the workpiece position and pose.According to the requirements of different modules,the mechanical arm,controller,sensor and upper computer are selected to meet the specific needs of small and medium-sized enterprises on the premise of ensuring the production quality.Select the appropriate communication protocol to achieve efficient communication between modules.Then,the appropriate development tools are selected to develop a user-friendly control client for the production line,and each module of the production line can be controlled according to different display and test requirements.Finally,experiments are designed to test the working performance of the intelligent coating system,including the detection accuracy of different workpieces,as well as the efficiency of workpiece spraying;the design architecture of the system is optimized to improve the safety and reliability of the system.The results show that the intelligent coating production line designed in this paper has high availability and accuracy,and has a certain practical value,which provides a reference solution for the intelligent robot industry.
