The Design And Implementation Of Yunnan Vocational Institute Of Energy Technology Portals

With the wide popularity and adoption of Internet,website of university has become the essential platform and foundation for digital campus.In light of the increasing number of students and agencies in universities,the refreshing rate and integrated management of university website has received a lot of concern,which incurs more and more challenges of the construction and deployment of university website.To provide cost-effective,universe and integrated digital information services based on university website,this thesis concentrates on the construction and deployment of university website for the Yunnan Vocational Institute of Energy Technology.Motivated by the Yunnan Vocational Institute of Energy Technology,this thesis designs and implements the website for this institute by using ASP language,B/S framework and relational database.Furthermore,liferay,one famous open-source library,has been adopted to realize unified management,storage and authentication of user information by using Lightweight directory Access Protocol(LDAP)and central Authentication service(CAS).The practical deployment and maintainness demonstrates that the website develop in the thesis can achieve the basic requirements of Yunnan Vocational Institute of Energy Technology.Moreover,the refreshing rate and integrated management in this website has been significantly improved,especiallty for the case where a huge number of users visited this website simulnateously.Thus,this website is practical.
