The Study Of Digital Archives Benefits In The Environment Of Information-industrialization

The information industry has already been the dominant and pillar of economic development in the 21 st century.As an important member of the family of information institutions,archives are naturally inseparable from the environment of information market.In the next few years,accelerating the construction of digital archives will be an important part of the development of archival undertaking in China.However,for the non-profit organization of digital archives,we have mostly talked about its social benefits and seldom discuss its cost-effectiveness in the past,because of the long-term neglect of cost-benefit analysis,often running in the state of "scale economy".This is obviously not in tune with the requirement of archival undertaking sustainable development.Therefore,based on the current information industrialization environment,thinking how to introduce the digital archives benefit appraisal is particularly important and urgent.The establishment of the scientific Digital Archives Benefit evaluation system is not only conducive to the national reasonable arrangement of financial allocations,to avoid wasting human resources,but also to promote t he digital archives to rationalize and scientific direction,has a realistic and far-reaching significance.Based on the visual threshold of information industrialization environment,combining information economics and archival science theory,this paper adopts the literature research method,logic analysis,case analysis method and multidisciplinary crossover method.This paper analyzes the role positioning of digital archives in the environment of information industrialization,and analyzes the introduction of the "benefit" of digital archives in the system,and tries to establish the evaluation "335" of the benefit of digital archives under the guidance of the theory of the benefit evaluation system of Ma Feicheng information Institution and the National Comprehensive Archives of Li Liyan Framework。 On the basis of this framework,the three categories of social benefit,direct economic benefit and indirect economic benefit are set up digital collection,library structure,publicity and exhibition number,"online" browsing quantity,"Under the line" using,standard statute conformity,personnel quantity,personnel quality ratio,compilation and research achievement,academic study achievement,etc.10 indicators,direct income and cost saving two categories of total six indicators and increase production value,reduce investment,reduce material consumption and save labor four indicators,and using the expert scoring method to set the weights of the above indicators.Then analyzing the digital archives of company Dongfeng.Of course,the efficiency of the digital archives is very complicated.It requires an in-depth theoretical research and practical verification process.The benefit evaluation system is not only the theoretical thinking,but also the bold attempt and revision in practice.
