Manufacturing enterprises are increasingly paying attention to the automatic handling of production materials.This paper takes the AGV(automatic guided vehicle)in the intelligent warehouse management system as the research object,carries on the structural design,the path planning research and the reliability analysis.AGV is widely used in industrial automation field as a kind of automatic transport tool.It can be seen in the intelligent warehouse management system,flexible manufacturing system and logistics distribution system.The design of AGV includes four aspects: the analysis of the key technical problems,the design of body hardware part,the design of body software part and analysis of the product reliability.The research work of this paper is divided into the following aspects:(1)Research on key technologies of AGV.The guidance of the magnetic guidance is determined.Application of RFID technology to complete the turn.When the AGV reaches the storage area,using the laser ranging positioning and parking technology to achieve parking.Through the study of three key technology,achieving the basis of follow-up automatic control.(2)Modular design of AGV hardware structure.Select the body chassis structure type,determine the form of movement.Design the mechanical structure of the body fixture part and a specific work station.Select the body control system hardware,design and build the system control loop and the main circuit.The establishment of hardware system logic block diagram,clear the link between the modules.(3)Software design of function module of AGV System.A software for designing functional modules is proposed for the three key technical problems during the AGV design process.Based on object-oriented language C #,Visual Studio development environment and database SQL Server,developed a scheduling management system,it plays a controlling role for the AGV system.(4)AGV reliability analysis.Fault tree analysis to calculate the reliability of key parts of the vehicle body.
