Design And Implementation Of Office Mobile Client

With the new term “Internet Plus” constantly entering people's sight,comes a new trend of development for the current enterprises – creation of new ecological development system by in-depth integration of traditional industries and the internet through information & communication technologies and the internet platform.With the integration of “mobile internet” and business management,the enterprises break through the limit of time and space,and thus solve the problems of work efficiency and cost.The mobile office system mainly consists of two parts: the background system and the mobile terminal.This paper mainly studies the mobile office client based on Android system.Following investigations of regular enterprises and analysis of relevant software at home and abroad,the mobile office client software has been designed and implemented,to realize the following functions:1.Contact management: The contacts needed can be searched by keywords,and saved to personal address book,where the users can delete,view information,or add remarks to the entries.2.Personal information management: The users can make their working status known to their colleagues by updating in time their on-line state,signature,and basic communication information.3.Instant messaging: Barrier-free communication can be done via text,emoticon,voice,and video regardless of time and location,which ensures the improvement of work efficiency.4.Message notification: The staffs are prompted timely for meeting notifications and messages from contacts.5.Mobile meeting: The users can attend meetings at any time,in which multi-party voice and video are available.In this paper,first of all the business requirements are analyzed to sort out the five major modules;key technologies encountered during development are studied and analyzed;a detailed introduction to Android system platform is given;an in-depth study and optimization is carried out on MVP architecture,multichannel audio & video communication,DEA data encryption,SQLite database,test framework,Volley framework,and XMPP protocol respectively,so as to better serve the mobile office client.Secondly,system design is carried out according to the requirements,including design of the architecture,interface and functions of the client,and the database structure.This is followed by system implementation and writing of interface and business module code according to the design,to enable its operation in the cell phone terminal.At last,the client is tested to guarantee its normal operation;and the test results are analyzed to improve the system so that it conforms to the design requirements to a higher degree.A detailed record is kept about the key matters,including database design,system architecture optimization,data interface,and audio & video.Through programming of the highly simulated mobile office client,and access to the current systems of various enterprises,the mobile office client has gained the features of concise interface,user-friendly interaction,and convenience to the staff,thus fulfilling the goal of improving work efficiency and lowering business cost.
