The Design And Implementation Of Educational Management System In University

With the advent of new era,the reform of education informationization process is rapid early,in order to effectively improve the quality of teaching,improve the efficiency of the educational administration of the school,development,realize the automation,information technology and scientific teaching management system has become a research hotspot and difficulty of many computer workers,teaching management workers.In this paper,a detailed analysis of the research background and the present situation of the teaching management system,elaborated on the objective system,the use of data flow diagram,the flow chart of the business technology has carried on the demand analysis to the system,the system is derived logic business functions,including educational administration management,performance management,curriculum management,teacher and student information management,the hierarchical functional system design using the B/S architecture,and the use of JSP technology,JavaBean technology,database technology and Web service technology development to achieve the system's business logic function,the system database design using relational tables and E-R charts,improves the system business logic function.Through analysis and summary,this article main innovation points include the following two aspects:(1)Using B/S architecture to improve the hierarchical structure of the system.Some of the original educational management system with single computer architecture,to the online operation;some educational management system uses the C/S architecture,result in the system upgrade operation and perfection of maintenance process is complex,the need for professional personnel to operate.This paper proposes to use B/S architecture,can simplify the system effective installation operation and maintenance work complexity,improve the system business logic function.(2)Using the business logic the top-down design method,to enhance the system's overall ability to fuse.In this analysis,the demand of the system design and implementation process,using the business logic partition process of top-down,integrating the teaching planning and management process,to achieve the overall integration capabilities,to meet the various departments of the school of business needs,reduce the complexity of educational management system and flow,enhance the efficiency of the system.After the system test is finished,the operation results show the system has good usability and usability,educational management and adapt to the school,improve the school educational administration management quality,reduce the educational administration management work complexity,enhance the school informatization level and the teaching quality.
