In order to improve the social governance capacity of rular towns and strengthen the management of disputes,a county in Henan province tries to promote the grid social administration mode in its townships.This mode first divides the large administrative region into several standard sub grids.And then,with the help of modern information network technology,it can effectively realize precise and informationalized management of the social elements such as population,buildings,cases,facilities,organizations and so on.Based on the system construction requirement of these towns,in this thesis,the construction process of the system is analyzed.And by summing up the system construction experience of some other governments,this thesis gives in-depth analysis and research of the system construction process from the following three aspects,the system requirement analysis,system design and system implementation.Through the survey and research on the status of county's social administration,system's business requirements,functional requirements and state of data are analyzed in this thesis.And this work is mainly finished by using these diagrams such as flow diagram,use case diagram so on.On this basis,this paper further analyzes the system architecture,functional modules,database and technology selection.In the aspect of system architecture,the hierarchical architecture design is adopted,which includes the physical layer,data layer,application support layer,application layer and service layer.According to the system requirements analysis,The system needs to provide these functions,including information dissemination management,basic information management,event management,patrol management,notice announcement management,statistic and report forms management,assessment and evaluation management and system management.After comparing and analyzing the current mainstream development technologies,this paper makes clear that the system will mianly adopt the B/S structure,by using the correlative technology of Java Web.Based on the requirement analysis and system design,the condition of system implementation and application is analyzed in this paper.Firstly,the front end of the system mainly uses the B-JUI rich client framework.While,the back-end business logic is implemented by using Struts2+Spring4+Hibernate4+Shiro,one of the classic development framework.Secondly,during the development process,the current popular Git Flow collaborative development model is adoped.Thirdly,relies on the aliyun cloud service,the deployment and testing of the system is completed.In the end,through the deployment and online test,each function of the system has been tested.The result shows that the service provided by system covers all the functions in system design,and the system meet the needs of local social administration very well.
