In recent years,the trend of the uneven distribution of medical resources in our country is becoming more and more obvious.On one hand,big hospitals have profound medical foundation,abundant economic potentiality,introduce many high-end equipment;basic-level hospitals due to a lack of funds and lack of high-end medical talent,it makes big hospitals are overwhelmed and basic-level hospitals lack patients.Around the informationization development level is different,on the other hand,large hospitals have unique location advantage,get lots of policy support,and have deep information-based foundation,the patient's diagnosis effect is also far beyond the basic level hospital.In this background,building a regional server which connect grass-roots hospital and small and medium-sized hospitals and large hospital,implementing the information sharing between hospitals,giving full play to the big hospital medical advantage and geographical advantages of basic-level hospitals,implementing remote consultation and referral,convenient medical resources integration.At home and abroad in recent years,through the regional pilot,regional consultation system obtained the good application effect.This topic is proposed to design and develop a regional remote diagnosis system which connects basic-level hospitals,small and medium-sized hospitals and large hospital,the main work is as follows:1.for hospital remote consultation system and local hospital PACS system is completely independent,the hospital will not be able to use local PACS image browsing software and to implement high-definition image diagnosis,we design an architecture model combined B/S and C/S.This paper implements a B/S structure remote diagnosis system,the superior local hospital PACS system can get data from this system,the image can be opened by local software.2.in view of the present remote consultation contains a more superior hospital and several subordinate hospitals.If the superior hospital cannot make a diagnosis,patients can't get good diagnostic,we design a new hospital relation.We use hospital number to relate to each other,supervisor hospital and low-level hospital is concerned as a relative concept,the superior hospital can also have more superior.Based on this,this system realizes the remote referral,the superior hospital can also extend to a more superior hospital to apply.3.for hospital remote consultation system query data typically in a sequential query,the efficiency is very low when the number of patients is large,this subject adopts the balanced binary tree for data storage and query,we maintain the dynamic balance of binary tree when we insert data to the binary tree node.This can improve the query efficiency of patients.
