At present,the mining industry of our country has entered the stage of intelligent mining.Our country stores large quantities of minerals,but we are not good at minning.Currently,the production of ore is too much,and the traditional extensive mining is not suitable for China any more.Intelligent systems and high security platforms are needed to improve the current mining situation,and ultimately the goal of intelligent mining can be achieved.Remote control system is the major trend of intelligent mining research.Remote control function and memory walking function are the core functions of the system.The main task of this paper is to realize intelligent remote control system based on Mesh network architecture,which is an important part of multi-network remote wireless remote control technology research.Its main functions are to monitor the running status of underground locomotives,remote control locomotives to complete all the actions,memory walking and turnaround obstacle.It should ensure that data,audio and video data transmission in the network meet the requirement of QoS.Through the NS2 platform,the MAC layer protocols EDCA and DCF are simulated to find the suitable choice for the remote control system.This paper first introduces the research significance,current research status and the ultimate goal;And then it introduces the details of the three modules about the design ideas and Mesh network architecture overall the system.Then it introduces the main circuit modules such as ADC module and Flash memory module;After that,it introduces the software part of the system and the hardware design of the system.Then the principle of memory walking and autonomous obstacle avoidance is introduced.The two protocols in MAC layer are compared through NS2 simulation platform to get the QoS parameters.Finally,the system is built in the real environment to test the basic functions,QoS parameters and memory walking function.Through analysis,EDCA protocol is more suitable for the remote control system.Under the circumstances,the basic function is normal,and the video plays fluently.QoS parameters such as delay,jitter and packet loss rate meet the requirement.The memory walking function and obstacle avoidance test are accomplished in line with the other expected requirements of the system.
