The JiangSu provincial government issued "The Plan for The Reclamation and Development of JiangSu Coastal Shoal(2010-2020)" to implement a major strategic task,which is mentioned in the "JiangSu Coastal Shoal Reclamation Planning".After the completion of the plan,the land of JiangSu coastal areas will increase 6%and reach to 2,700,000 mu.These important land resources have important significance for alleviating the situation of lacking of the useful and reserve land.Tideland reclamation area is mainly distributed in the South Yellow sea of radiate sand ridges.This paper has carried out the research on the digital ocean information system,Intends to through information technology to solve the reclamation planning because of its large area,wide range,long cycle,multi project caused by the management of the difficult problems.The main research content is as follows:First,this paper studies the evolution trend of the dynasty coastline of South Yellow Sea sand ridges,and calculates the coastline evolution rule through the shell sandbank,coastal geomorphology,sedimentary characteristics and geological element.We draw the conclusion that more than half of the tidal flat area of Lianyungang,Yancheng and Nantong are formed by deposition.The most surprising finding of this study is that the erosion and deposition exist side by side.The erosion of Yancheng area is the most serious,whose average erosion rate of the beach is about 133 meters,which is suitable for the construction of deep water port.Second,this research gives the dynamic analysis of the landform evolution and the terrain erosion and deposition.It can be seem from the models that Tiaozini,which is located in the central of the radical sand ridges,was relatively stable in 2010.But in the last 5 years,it has shown that the tidal wave system is strong in north and weak in south.It also showed the signs that south side of this region is depositing and north side is eroding.The research result suggested that the reclamation development process of Tiaozini should be promoted from south to north.Third,this article clarifies the historical information and status data of the reclamation projects since our founding,and the management of reclamation project has been carried out through information technology.Through data statistics,we found that there has a certain gap between the actual situation and the "planning" of the development and utilization of tideland.According to the planning index,this paper has put forward the adjustment scheme of the "planning" about the spatial distribution,the timing sequence and the proportion of land using.The results of the research have realized the digitization of the sea area with the characteristics of the sea area,and the original Jiangsu Digital Ocean foundation frame system has been compacted.The evolution law of the topography of the radiation sand ridges is first detected and demonstrated by a variety of underwater topography detection methods.It is very important for the scientific and effective planning and implementation of scientific and effective planning and implementation of the status data for the first time to the planning and management departments.
