| Food safety has been a common public issue in China.One of the most urgent problems needs to be solved in resolving the issues of China’s food safety governing system is how to scientifically and effectively implement the supervision on food safety from the government and authority so as to reduce the risk.To implement the food safety risk analysis and control,one of the national-wise acknowledged measures is to establish the food safety monitoring and pre-warning system.This study aims at further improve and perfect Suzhou food safety situation,not only by describing current monitoring and pre-warning network,analyzing the main components and relative function of the existing system,and studying the present operation situation;but also analyzing its major role in food safety risk collection,evaluation and control in processing.1.First of all,after analyzing the necessity of Suzhou food safety monitoring and pre-warning system,we built Suzhou food safety monitoring and pre-warning system project team.Based on the establishment of core business platform,data exchange platform,integration information service platform,and multifunctional information collection system,pre-warning management system,risks analyze system,we preliminarily and successfully built the food safety monitoring and pre-warning system for Suzhou.2.On the basis of Suzhou food safety monitoring and pre-warning system,we make sure stable and efficient operation of the system by uniform determination of sampling assignment,setting reasonable index of varieties,initially realizing information sharing,efficient handling unqualified products,published food safety information in time and so on.Moreover,we statistically analyzed the collected data from system to grasp real situation of Suzhou food safety monitoring,and give thorough and objective evaluation.These measures tend to provide technical guarantee for implementing scientific supervision.3.Comparing other perfect food safety risk evaluation system,we studied the achievement and the deficiency of current Suzhou food safety monitoring and pre-warning system.Given this system established in short time,we only built framework.Therefore,we need to complete the system on the premise of reasonable functional identification.To be specific,we proposed some suggestions for improving the system,including effectively integrating resources,establishing and improving the relevant institutions,validating food safety standard system,grouping monitoring&pre-warning and risks assessment experts’team,and increasing the intensity of alert information publication and so on. |
