Research On The Application Of Project Management Theory In Chess And Card Game Projects

Project management is one of the major new management techniques developed in the late second world war.It is a branch of management science.It refers to the activities of planning,organizing,leading and controlling all kinds of related skills,methods and tools to meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of the relevant parties to the project.The concept of software project management was first proposed by the in the United States in 1970s^[1].The software project management effectively organized the resources in the process of software production,improved the production efficiency of team cooperation,reduced the risk in the process of software production,and improved the success rate of the product for the market.And chess game as a game software product,compared with the general software,its team members are more,more different types of work,higher complexity,and longer development cycle.Therefore,the introduction of project management in chess game plays an important and positive role.This study first introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and then reviews the theory of project management,and establishes the theoretical basis and basis of this study.By introducing the development process of chess and card games,this paper analyzes the problems and risks of chess and card games in the current environment,which leads to the necessity of the introduction of chess and card games to project management.Then according to the theory of project management,it applies the requirements management,time management,risk management and human resource management in the project management theory to chess and card games,and analyzes and applies the three actual chess and card games.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the management ability of chess and card games.It is of guiding significance and practical value for the chess and card game industry to accumulate practical experience of project management and to set up the project management concept of relevant practitioners.
