Design And Implementation Of The Bank Electronic Commercial Draft System

As a result of rapid and stable economic development,improvement of corporate credit quality and enhancement of direct financing demand in China,recent years have witnessed a sustained growth of commercial draft utilization,The development of China's paper market problems are increasingly emerging.To better develop bill business,meet the bank's,interbank's and corporate demands for bill business,lower bill transaction cost,improve bill transaction efficiency,reduce risks of bill forgery,alteration and clone,strengthen internal management of bill business,reduce bill operation risks,and promote the establishment of regional and national bill markets,it is urgent for Dandong Rural Commercial Bank to establish a multi-functional integrated electronic commercial bill business platform characterized by security,efficiency,interconnection,unified standard,and convenience,so as to meet the demands of both electronic bill business and paper bill business.And avoiding above risk.In this context,we designed the bank of electronic commercial draft system.With full consideration of software engineering,J2EE-based structure design,Using SSH framework,workflow engine and tuxedo technology,the system is aimed to enable the bank to conduct electronic process of various bill business products,provide corporate customers with company internal bill management services,comprehensive bill business risk management,bank bill behavior and product management mechanism,as well as abundant business decisions.The original proxy design pattern enables interface communication between different systems within the bank through fast configuration.System structure is based on the bank's core platform,and loose coupling design of services and components allows the project implementation highly configurable,parameterized,and flexible,so that users will be able to choose required services corresponding to different stages of business progress and make flexible concatenation through workflow technology.The system basically achieved the original business requirements,covering the basic business of commercial bill,Focused on core business,Such as Discount and Transfer Discount.It was tested with the core system of bank and ECDS connectivity,the system reached the operational testing requirements.
