Through this platform, sales and management staff of Real Estate Companycan query, manage the branch, customer and product data. Salesman can save theirmarketing activities and customer data into the database. Related leadership of thecompany can remotely query and manage the database and check branch operations.The system of the thesis uses B/S framework as a development platform, using C#and ASP.NET programming language development. The system uses the MicrosoftVisual Studio.NET architecture and SQL Server2005database. Combined with theweb based technology, AJAX, the system takes advantage of the page refreshingtechnique. And then implements the property of advanced management informationsystem of the real estate industry.
