With the coming of the era of global economy,we have already stepped into the era of knowledge economy,and competition in the banking market is becoming more and more intense,rural credit cooperatives in order to adapt to this environment must constantly improve their own competitiveness,can in the market economy tide stood steady pace.Performance appraisal as a common means of human resource management,for members to mobilize the enthusiasm,promote members for credit unions to create potential value have an indelible contribution,in this paper,on the basis of rural credit cooperatives in China's status and development characteristics,combined with domestic and foreign research results and methods of performance appraisal system is analyzed,pointed out the direction for the research and development of the system.According to the actual needs of village banks,this paper designs a personal business assessment management system for rural banks.The system uses JAVA language,J2EE development platform,S2SH framework technology,performance indicators technology,the use of MVC design model,combined with Oracle database to develop the system.Completed the village bank employee management module,performance assessment information management module,the man hour management module and village bank statistics management module.And the analysis,design and implementation of the four functional modules are described in detail.Through the study of this paper has been implemented rural credit cooperatives personal business assessment management system is developed,and the function of each module of the system through the test system design the test cases,and to demonstrate the system function,stability,safety,has achieved the anticipated effect,the system can on-line operation,the system can provide some reference to the study of rural credit cooperatives internal staff performance appraisal management.The system has a very high social and economic value.
