| Recently, with the perpetual development of Internet technology, people realize that the development and utilization of information resources is becoming more and more important. According to the investigation, there are two main problems inform the processing of information construction:One is, the system between government sector and enterprise and public institution sector is developed dispersedly, so there emerges an information island for we can’t share the internal information from these units. The other one is, some units reconstruct their system or import the system development project. In order to solve the above two problems, we must program the data resource planning.The division of subject database is one of the most important process in data resource planning. Programming the subject database reasonable can guarantee the long-termã€efficientã€and stable operation of database application system. This paper discuss the division of subject database from the following two aspects.First of all, a business model should be constructed, and it is generally constructed according to the function area-business process- business activity method. In this paper, through the analysis of the business model in the past, often relying on the system planners and user’s experience for the functional area division, resulting in division results vary from person to person. In this paper, an example to universities, to collect the user’s view of each university departments, by users view classification number and flow with correlation coefficient, structure across each university departments between the user’s view of the fuzzy relation matrix, using fuzzy maximal tree clustering algorithm to complete divide the function area of universities. To have been identified functional domains between business functional decomposition, to build business tree, an abstract business process from the business tree, further refine the decomposition of business process, summed up the functional domains involved in business activities. Using the mathematics problem to carry on the business analysis to the functional domain, the more intuitive image, also can avoid the omission and the cross phenomenon in the process of business analysis.Secondly, proceed the dataflow analysis to function area, abstract the data entity from data flow chart in all the function area, and see operational action aspect the action which use entity, then, combine the concept and computational formula of entities similarity and the computational formula of similarity between entity and entity group, zoning subject database by the arithmetic which called K-means. This paper take teaching management function area in colleges and universities aspect the example to finish the partition of subject database, and finally build the data model of teaching management function area in colleges and universities. |
