With the fast development of informatization,those power supply companies are in dire need of an electricity charge management system featured by the easy operation and reliable operation.This system can integrate various functions into a whole,such as electricity calculation,remote meter reading and electricity charge inquiry.Hence,it can satisfy the urgent demand for the power grid operation in Anshan City of Liaoning.The previous electricity calculation is overly reliant on the manual meter reading,thus seriously hindering the development of power supply companies and the effective integration of system resources.According to the actual need of those power supply companies in Anshan City,this paper has adopted the UML(unified modeling language)and the relevant technologies based on ASP.Net so as to design and realize the electricity charge management.This system is comprised of 10 modules,including the basic user information management,user virtual meter management,electricity distribution management,overdue payment management,electricity charge file management,electricity meter management;electricity calculation management and system management.This system is based on the B/S model which has a better interactivity than the C/S model.Hence,it can fully utilize the network database as well as facilitate the interface development and system expansion.The SQL Server 2008 has been adopted.Moreover,the entity relationship diagram and the database table are also designed elaborately.At present,the electricity charge management system has entered the stage of trial operation.This system has the advantage of saving the labor and material cost as well as enabling those users to inquire about the electricity charge through the internet.Through the effective calculation of the electricity quantity and charge,it can facilitate the design of electricity charge and also increase the economic benefits for those power supply companies.
