The Historical Development Of Shaanxi Newspaper Industry During The Republican Period

During the Republican period, nationwide newspaper industry has made new development and takes on a new look, including Shaanxi newspaper industry. And many changes of the newspaper industry in this period have influence and even shape the framework of China's newspaper industry after liberation. The author selects "Qinfeng daily ", one Shaanxi local newspaper, as a sample, and studies the original documents and copy version of this newspaper by using original literature research and content analysis method. After referring a lot of relevant literature and analyzing lots of statistics and local conditions, the author writes this paper about "Qinfeng daily" and Shaanxi local newspaper industry in the context of 1930s from the perspective of media and social interaction. This paper analyzes the founding background, organization structure, information dissemination characters and the reports about Shaanxi Local News of "Qinfeng daily ", and emphasizes the important position of this newspaper in the history of the development of Shaanxi news and the influence to social life of Shaanxi area during that time. In the end, the author summarizes the characteristics and the reasons of Shaanxi's newspaper industry during the Republican period, after analyzing the society situation at that time, the stylish news contents and the features of the paper.
