Study On Rural News Media Problems In Weifang District Of Fangzi City

Fangzi rural areas of Weifang city has entered a new stage to build a new socialist countryside since 2006.The national rural areas as the priority among priorities of the current development strategy,the backward situation of rural media has become one of the problems to be solved.On the current situation of rural China news media and the role played in the process of building a new socialist countryside is still controversial,the author thinks that there are also many fuzzy understanding for discussion of this issue.This thesis takes the news media in rural Fangzi District of Weifang city as the angle of view,basing on the information science theory of the news media and centering on how to change the backward status of the news media and further playing the role of the news media in the new rural construction.The author thinks that the root of the current backward communication situation in rural areas is the founding of the "urban-rural divide and conquer".The fundamental solution to this problem is to balance the development of politics,economy,culture between urban and rural areas,giving farmers the same national treatment and developing the agriculture.Facing the widening gap between urban and rural areas,the measures to solve the problem is not the unrealistic moral appeal,but the pragmatic attitude of local governments to strengthen the rural infrastructure investment construction including mass media resources,but the increasing power of the news media and the farmers.It's the right way to give a full play to the media in solving the rural issues.This thesis is primarily based on questionnaire survey,combining with the interview method.This thesis is mainly constructed by following three parts.First,ascertain the current basic situation of the news media in Fangzi rural areas from newspapers,radio,TV and Internet aspects;Second,analysis the problems of the news media in Fangzi rural areas from infrastructure of the rural news media,news media orientation and resource distribution;Third,discusses how to give a full play to the role of the news media from government,media and peasants aspects in Fangzi rural in order to better serve the new rural construction.
