With the development of meteorological services,meteorological information construction plays a decisive role.The types and sampling frequencies of the meteorological data increasing gradually,This article carries out system requirements analysis and data flow analysis by detailed analysis and summary on the dozens of meteorological datas collected in Yunnan Province,by an intensive investigation and study on each station's relative departments and the departments that have this need.Based on the analysis result,the design plan and implementation scheme for Yunnan meteorological information comprehensive monitoring system are presented to develop a user-friendly and perfectly functional comprehensive monitoring system that applies to each station and each operating department.Basing on B/S three-tier framework on Visual Studio 2010 platform this system aims to build up a meteorological information comprehensive monitoring system for Yunnan province by adopting ASP.NET technology,combining Oracle 11 g database and implementing data access via ADO.NET.The system mainly consists of data processing layer and Application presentation layer and so on.The data processing layer is to check the format,package and distribute the original data delivered from the stations.The data transmission modules are divided into three kinds according to the meteorological data transmission category: decompressing,packaging and directly uploading.To avoid the influence on the data transmission caused by the abnormal database operation,the data transmission module and the storage module are requested to run respectively to minimize the influence.In order to improve the browsing speed of the WEB sites that are subsequently developed,R&D on the background transmission quality statics module?the network monitoring storage module?the downlink data storage module will be carried out.The application presentation layer mainly sends the information from the monitoring database like topology view?charts?warnings and so on to the users via web?SMS?email and other ways,also creates the warning information by merging?compressing?filtering and analyzing correlatively the original event information,there are totally nine modules.Each module functions respectively but works with each other simultaneously,has good function expansibility,passes actual testing and verification and meets the expected index requirements.This system has created a Web-based serving?open?easy-to-use and queryable monitoring system by combing the large database management system.It enables the administrators to know the operating status of the system directly and timely by real-time monitoring on the meteorological science data sharing system and other databases ? Messages.It drastically improves the working efficiency of the administrators and at the same time enhances the work experience accumulation and continuity of the on-duty staff,has great reference value and popularization using value in terms of meteorological industry applications.
