With gradually improve of science and technology, the use of all walks of life for network level also gradually deepened. A lot of enterprise will no longer use paper to record, but instead searching online to do many things. Nowadays,the construction of roads and Bridges decided to raise the level of a national transportation.It has also demonstrated a country, or of the construction of the urban economy prosperity, and so on, the perfect and accurate impression of bridge and land is the appearance of a city, as a result, it needs more and more data, encounter things are also different. The design of this system is aimed at bridge and land workers and interested in bridge design provided by the user. To the user, a complete coverage information and are indispensable bridge information systems with ease of use. Therefore, integrating all kinds of information to a system, will make the development of the industry better.Facing this situation, now I have a processing method: using the information network and computer to deal with all kinds of road and bridge, and to save relevant information to the appropriate location, this paper combined with B/S technology, can maximize the value of the data. To the actual demand of bridge system, this system combines the Struts framework, the Servlet and JSP MVC pattern and USES the oracle database management system as a tool for development. System mainly completed the registered user login, bridge and land products, shops, the latest information, online message, etc. In terms of design, the system adopts B/S.In system requirements analysis phase, this paper based on the road and bridge the information of the industry, adhere to the principle of adaptability,scalability and intensification in stages of system requirements analysis. In the system the detailed design stage in system to determine the user demand for bridge information to complete the design of the target, the system reliability,economy, and the combination of advanced, complete system design and preparation. In the system implementation phase of the process of the main function of the system in detail analysis and introduction. System testing, this paper formulates the trial example of system function of each unit testing and system testing. At the same time, summarizes the system's characteristics,advantages and disadvantages, the development process of the future outlook,for future studies provide reference information.
