Materials management is the management and control of the production and operation activities of the materials planning, procurement, storage and other activities, and it is an important part of modern business management. Road and bridge construction materials enterprise content management, including multiple links procurement, transportation, deployment and storage of raw materials, it is the road and bridge projects are an important prerequisite for the smooth implementation. Quality of materials directly determine the quality of road and bridge construction projects, and materials procurement, transport and other sectors is an important part of the decision costs. In the globalization of, under the impact of information technology, traditional management methods can not meet the new situation in the development of road and bridge construction business. Specification, integrated, networked new management model has been widely used, enterprise information technology in road and bridge construction companies, especially information technology materials management is gaining more and more attention. A scientific and rational materials management system is to reduce the construction cost of the enterprise, the most effective means to increase profits. With the help of materials management system, the road and bridge construction companies can within the enterprise and rational use of information resources, multi-faceted improve the management efficiency, thus to build the core competitiveness of enterprises.This article is based on the status of road and bridge construction materials management process of human, financial and material resources, road and bridge design and implementation of enterprise information Material Management Information System. This article aims to improve the internal road and bridge materials management level and efficiency, making all kinds of privileges within the group of users can easily track and material resources to check the status of high-level group to better decision support and reference. In this paper, road and bridge development enterprise materials management information system as the background, using the J2 EE development platform, Java language development system. Based on the road and bridge construction enterprises in-depth research, combined with the status quo and demand Bridges Project supplies information management, on the basis of the road and bridge infrastructure projects, material management problems in the course of the analysis based on the use of advanced technology systems development for road and bridge construction materials management information system is studied; a systematic overall program, network solutions, system architecture, system functions, database programs, basic coding, system security and many other systems specifically designed; for road and bridge construction materials management information system implementation and application of the main interface were shown and described, and the subsequent development of the system in the future. Content nonfunctional requirements, including requirements for system performance, availability, reliability, maintainability, scalability, security.(3) completed the structure, network topology design system architecture, a detailed description of the design and function of the overall functional design of the system and the various functional modules, complete database entity diagrams, data table design.(4) introduced a common layer system database, details of the data access layer and business logic layer to achieve, given the operation and running of the system and some examples of realization of the code, and the function of the system were tested.
