The AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode)disaplay technology is the latest technology in flat display industry,it is considered as the next generation of display technology that will replace LCD displays.The actual brightness level and brightness level feels by human are not linearly related.In low brightness environments,human eyes are more sensitive than in high birightness environments.Gamma curve shows the non-linear relationship,and displays should be adjusted to proper gamma curves.Not only human feels different brightness level in different environments,but also feels different between different colors,to meet this characteristic of human eyes,Gamma correction should make these factors included.We propose a method to get Gamma parameters and make the brightness of sub-pixels balanced,which is based on normal Gamma correction and put color differences included.We make the brightness of the display stable in white pattern,adjust Gamma curves seprately in red,green and blue pattern,and composite them as the best Gamma curve of the display.Experiments proved that displays are truly enhanced after adjusting Gamma curve with this method.
