Current well communication technology mainly adopts cable transmission mode,high maintenance cost,poor ability to adapt and extend compatibility problem and the difficulty of equipment maintenance,poor.Using the well metal pipe ultrasonic signal is a kind of potential solutions to solve these problems.According to the pipeline,the tubing string shaft coupling,such as the actual construction of well pipe and well ultrasonic model of communication system is studied,and the analysis of the character such as the attenuation of ultrasonic signals,for the well of ultrasonic signal frequency band selection,waveform design and provides a theoretical basis for the link budget.Considering factors such as band efficiency and equipment complexity,on the basis of ultrasonic communication model to design a kind of 2 PSK ultrasonic oil Wells without cable communication system.Based on the system of index design respectively the modulation circuit,transmitting circuit,receiving circuit,AGC circuit,and completed the transducer selection;At the same time received related to the work in the way.Through the laboratory simulation test,verify the ultrasonic communication system error rate and other indicators to achieve system design requirements.
