ABSTRACT: Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing technology occupy an important position in the file of nondestructive testing because of its merits as strong penetration capability, high sensitivity, good orientation, wide applicability, low-cost and no harm to human health.Multi-channel ultrasonic analyzer is mainly used for the performance testing of multi-channel ultrasonic testing equipment and evaluation of multi-channel ultrasonic combination probe. Base on the hardware platform of MUSC840ultrasonic data acquisition card, this thesis concentrate on the design of software of multi-channel ultrasonic analyzer, which contains a variety of functions such as flaw detection, thickness measurement, spectrum analysis and so on. The two display modes like A-waveform and C scan image are integrated in this instrument, the frequency characteristics and acoustic field distribution of ultrasonic probe can be tested and analyzed by it. Specially for the thickness measurement of thin work-pieces of which thickness is less than3millimeter, ultrasonic analyzer achieve it perfectly by applying thickness measurement technology of amplitude spectrum, which make up for the disadvantage of pulse echo method in thickness measurement of thin work-pieces. This thesis focus on the design of each functional module of the software of ultrasonic analyzer, complete features as follows:1.8channel A-waveform display in parallel,4channel C scan image display in parallel;2. Measuring the frequency characteristics and acoustic field distribution of ultrasonic probe;3. Complete the thickness measurement of thin plate of Aluminum which thickness is only1.8millimeter by applying thickness measurement technology of amplitude spectrum;4. Describe the effects to the signal spectrum which cause by various subsystem in ultrasonic analyzer;5. The introduction of Dual-threads structure has contributed to the efficiency improving of the application of ultrasonic analyzer.
