Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Student Union In Secondary Vocational Schools

At present, with the rapid development of information technology, the school has entered the stage of modern information management, the introduction of computer management system for teaching management system, student management system makes the various departments of the school work efficiency increasing, but few specifically for the management system of school student union, especially for the system the occupation school with distinctive characteristics of the school student union of groups. With China’s quality education to promote the continued occupation of middle school student is in school management plays the more and more important role, it is necessary to design a set of specialized services in the school teachers and students and has characteristics of modern information management system of student union.This paper firstly introduces the vocational school student management system research background, then provides a brief overview of the system needs to be faced with the problems, and discusses the significance of the study of the project and the practical application of the importance of this paper presents students in Secondary Vocational School of the Communist Youth League will management system design objectives, the system has been divided into six functional modules, respectively is: system management, member information management, daily affairs management, property management, file management and basic data management six management module, and carefully do the operations, functions, and data analysis.
