The Design And Implementation Of The Evaluation And Analysis System Of Scientific Research Ability Of University Teachers’

With the rapid development of the international economy,the existing management system in China has been reformed.The teachers’ performance evaluation has become a major university personnel system reform content,and the evaluation of teachers’ scientific research ability is the core problem of teacher performance evaluation in Colleges and universities to promote reform,development and the construction of high-level university.At present,all colleges and universities are in the implementation of teacher employment system,so the problem which is most need to be solved in teacher management of Colleges and universities is the scientific and rational evaluation of teachers’ scientific research ability.Therefore,It is very important to build a set of scientific and rational,comprehensive and advanced evaluation system for scientific research ability.In order to improve the comprehensive ability of the university and meet the requirements of the national information construction,In this paper,the scientific research ability evaluation and analysis system were studied based on the evaluation of teachers’ achievements in the University of science and technology.A comprehensive evaluation model is established by surveying the current situation of university scientific research ability evaluation and analyzing all kinds of factors which influences university scientific research ability.The rationality of the evaluation model is tested and modified by the existing evaluation algorithm and data for scientific research ability of university teachers which can be evaluated.This paper contrasts and analyzes the data of scientific research ability of university teachers in recent years,predicting the future trend of the data change by gray neural network algorithm.This paper uses Java as the development language,My SQL as the background database and B/S mode as system structure.This system uses JFree Chart technology to display the data changes by the line chart.After the construction of the evaluation and analysis system of the teachers’ scientific research ability,it can not only avoid the subjective points of the original performance evaluation process,but also completely change the way of performance evaluation.In general,the purpose of the construction of this system is the demand and development of University Of Science and Technology.It can analyse the result and reason of he teachers’ scientific research ability evaluation and improve the teachers’ scientific research abilityevaluation efficiency.It has a great influence on the reform of the personnel system.
