Evaluation And Forecast Of Enterprise Competitor's Threat Force

Competitive intelligence is considered to be one of the most important strategic asset businesses that can help companies conduct competitive environment assessments, gain opportunities and advantages and respond to disadvantages and crises. In the era of large data,managers pay more attention to the analysis of enterprise competitive intelligence. This article analyzes the threat of the opponent and how to take different counterattack measures based on the different threat of competitors.The final strategy is forward-looking, avoid blindness, and develop differentiated strategies for competitors with different levels of threat, saving manpower and material resources and forming effective competition.Starting with enterprises themselves,this paper studies the enterprises' competitors through difference analysis to find out the thread.This paper first constructs the threat assessment index system according to the financial indicators of the listed company. The index system is not the simple accumulation of the index, and it considers the ratio between the indicators as an evaluation factor. And then, according to the gray correlation method, the paper calculates the weight coefficient of each index through the deformation improvement. The competitor's threat is gained through the assessment method, and all aspects of the threat is analyzed .Finally, with the previous years of threat data, the paper combines the gray prediction theory and BP neural network algorithm and optimizes these two theories to predict the competitive trend of corporate competitors in next few years, in order to prepare enterprises for the future competition and to gain good advantages in the competition.Paper choose four listed milk companies as test object, for threatened a dairy, others dairy as threat object, using the published listed financial indicators, testing paper dangerous prediction model.Through the empirical analysis, not only the model can reflect the status of competitors the history of the competition, but also can more accurately predict the threat of competitors in the future.
