The Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System

In recent years, with the continuous development of computer in various industries, information technology has been widely used in various fields. Through the information management system, people can conduct tasks such as personnel management, teaching and training, data collection, and so on. Among them, the financial management system, due to its fast and accurate characteristics, is especially in accordance with the core requirements of financial work, so it is also welcomed by the enterprises and institutions.This system is customized for Tianyuan company. The system development and the writing of this thesis are conducted after a in-depth study and research on the business process of financial management in Tianyuan company. After a serious thinking and objective analysis of the feasibility of the development of the system, I integrate my experience and ideas in financial work into the design of this system, and carry out the design of the overall structure and modules of the financial management system for Tianyuan company. After the design of each module in detail, finally I completed the system and had it tested.With the guidance of my tutor, the system was developed according to the basic methods of software engineering method and objective laws of the software development. With Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2000 as the design tools, this financial management system was eventually designed. After the integration of the process,technology, experience and other aspects in this system development, the writing of this thesis was eventually completed.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all, it gives a brief overview of the background, purpose and significance of the project, and the advantages of the information management system, as well as the development at home and abroad are briefly introduced.Then analyze the feasibility study and needs of the system, the feasibility of the system development are analyzed from 3 aspects analysis of economy and technology,operation. At the same time, combined with the actual work of the author, the company's current stage and the future of a period of financial work needs in-depth study, and ultimately determine the main business functions of the system.The third part is the system design part, mainly through the chart expression way,has carried on the function description to the financial management system's main module, has made the frame for the system research and development.Then is the system realization part, this chapter selects some modules to carry on the design and the research and development, and completes the database creation work,and finally completes the system research and development work.The last part is the system test, the main function of the system test, to solve the problems in the test, to correct the deficiencies, to ensure that all functions can be used normally.
